My meter readings
Sending regular meter readings is simple and is the best way to make sure you don't get estimated bills. There are a number of ways you can send us a meter reading:
- The easiest way is to log into your account and send it from there.
- You can also go to our contact page and use the email form, just select "Submit a meter reading" in the Contact Reason section. Don't forget to write down if it's a Gas or Electricity reading, and include your account number too.
- You can also give your reading over the phone by calling our Customer Care Team on 0800 160 1240, or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org
